It’s time to give Caper Byron Bay 2024 the send off it deserves, Tiki style.
On Sunday 26th May, Caper Byron Bay Presenting Partner and 'Official Watering Hole', North Byron Hotel, have one more treat in store. A Hawaiian, paradisiacal buffet-style delights, cooked by our famed-friends, Louis Tikaram (The Stanley, Brisbane), Ross Magnaye (Serai Kitchen, Melbourne), Jedd Rifai (North Byron Hotel, Byron Bay), and Hawaiian legend chef Karl Kanetani (Beach Byron Bay).
Make your way to the Birds of Isle pop up bar for your free welcome cocktail - a Modern Mai Tai. They’ll also be selling their signature drink, Bunya Nut Rum with tonic & orange. Enjoy live tunes while the team cook over open-fire, whipping-up traditional dishes designed to tantalise the taste buds. We’re talking succulent Kahlua Pig and smootherings of poi.
Fresh, bold, ingredient-led dishes spanning land-to-sea are set to transport guests to far off tropic lands, whilst showcasing the quality of produce we have growing in our own fertile fields and cruising our cyan coastline.
Beyond the food, guests will be treated to a thirst-quenching tipple upon arrival, and live music that bring pacific-island vibes to the Rainbow Region.
It’s time to let those salty locks loose, whack on a loud outfit and head down to the festival's ‘Official Watering Hole’, North Byron Hotel for the finale we’ve been waiting for. We can’t wait to see you there!
