Executive Chef Jason Saxby and his team will present an indulgent seafood spread showcasing an array of local produce across two large courses, followed by a seasonal dessert to conclude your dining experience.
The first course will be served fresh, featuring items such as native oysters, Raes-style prawn cocktail, and a series of fresh sashimi with seasonal accompaniments. The second course will feature dishes such as pan-fried QLD scallops with seaweed garam butter, the Raes crab ‘sanga’, and grilled Australian Bay Lobster. These dishes will highlight the fresh flavours of locally sourced seafood and sustainable producers from the Northern Rivers.
A first for Raes, this beautifully curated lunch experience will provide the perfect opportunity to savour the serene and picturesque setting of one of Australia's most famous coastlines, Wategos Beach, at Byron Bay's renowned 2-hat restaurant.
