Whilst tucking in you’ll have the exclusive opportunity to hear first hand from the producers that make the plate a possibility. Palisa Anderson from certified organic Boon Luck Farm, Tom Bjorksten from Misty Creek Agroforestry and Debra Allard, Byron's Farmers Market's favourite cheesemaker, Cheese Loves You, are set to guide guests through an easily digestible talk, touching on regenerative processes and what it means to be certified organic.
