Experience the best of the Med at effortlessly beautiful hillside restaurant, The Hut for an extended Italian inspired aperitivo hour.

On Saturday 25th May, Head Chef, Bruno Conti will create a smorgasboard of bite-sized delights, showcasing the incredible local produce into the Aperitivo all'Italiana culture . We're talking about a special salumi and cheeses selection, focaccia alla genovese, vegetables crudite, dips, grissini, bruschette, crostini, traditional Pugliese pasta and more!

Starting the celebrations with a choice of signature Byroncello Spritz or Stone & Wood Pacific Ale upon arrival, you're welcome to laze and graze whilst DJs serenade the evening with funky Italo-disco tunes.

Please note this is a standing/roaming style event with some seating available.

Transportation: A mini-bus shuttle service for just $10 return will be run by our Presenting Partner and 'Official Watering Hole', North Byron Hotel – with a Happy Hour running from 3pm! To add this feature, please select 'ticket add-ons' as you proceed through purchase. Guest are invited to pitch up early at North Byron Hotel, have a tipple and ride in style.
