On Saturday 25th May, Head Chef, Bruno Conti will create a smorgasboard of bite-sized delights, showcasing the incredible local produce into the Aperitivo all'Italiana culture . We're talking about a special salumi and cheeses selection, focaccia alla genovese, vegetables crudite, dips, grissini, bruschette, crostini, traditional Pugliese pasta and more!
Starting the celebrations with a choice of signature Byroncello Spritz or Stone & Wood Pacific Ale upon arrival, you're welcome to laze and graze whilst DJs serenade the evening with funky Italo-disco tunes.
